Due to the Bespoke Nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or not functional as advertised.

Refunds for defective items will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Once production has commenced, cancellations are not accepted for bespoke items.

Cancellation requests before production may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover design and administrative costs.

Production times for bespoke items vary and will be communicated to you upon order confirmation.
